Medical bill assistance requested is dependent on funding, the order requests are received and the amount of assistance previously provided to each family within one calendar year. If you have not previously received support from Lexiam Heart Foundation please request your child’s caseworker send a letter verifying your child’s CHD diagnosis to brittany@lexiamheartfoundation.org.
